Digital Delivery Policy

This page outlines how Astrolade ("we", "us") delivers digital content and subscriptions to you upon purchase.
1. Instant Access
All products sold on Astrolade are 100% digital. We do not ship any physical goods.
Upon successful payment processing via our payment provider (Stripe), the digital content you purchased will be unlocked and made immediately available to you within your Astrolade account dashboard.
2. Account Requirement
To ensure secure delivery and permanent access to your purchased digital goods, you must be logged into an Astrolade account using our passwordless "Magic Link" system. Your purchases are permanently tied to the email address used during checkout.
3. Delivery Timeframes
One-off Reports: Digital reports are generated instantly upon purchase. However, because our bespoke reports utilise advanced AI processing, the actual generation of the document may take between 30 seconds and 2 minutes. During this time, you will see a loading indicator.
Subscriptions: Premium subscription features (such as daily transits or unlimited report generation) are unlocked instantly upon successful billing.
4. Accessibility & Format
Your digital reports are available to read directly on the Astrolade website interface. If you purchase the Premium PDF Export, a high-quality, vector-based PDF document will be generated and made available for download directly to your device.
5. Delivery Failure
If your payment is successful but the digital content fails to unlock or generate due to a technical error (e.g., an AI generation timeout or database sync issue), please do not repurchase the item.
Instead, contact our support team at support@astrolade.co.uk with your email address and receipt, and we will manually trigger the generation of your report or credit your account.
