  • Technical & Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, and anonymised analytics regarding how you interact with our platform.
  • Authentication Data: If you choose to log in using third-party providers (e.g., Google, Apple, or Facebook in the future), we will receive your basic profile information (name, email) from those platforms in accordance with their privacy policies.

2. How We Use Your Data & Lawful Basis

Under UK GDPR, we must have a lawful basis to process your data:

  • Performance of a Contract: Processing your Astrological Data to generate the bespoke reports you purchased. Managing your subscription and payments.
  • Legitimate Interests: Improving our platform, fixing bugs, and securing our systems against fraud.
  • Consent: Sending you marketing emails or promotional offers (you can withdraw consent at any time).

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with trusted third parties solely to operate our business:

  • Stripe: For secure payment processing and subscription management.
  • Email Providers: To send you login Magic Links and purchase receipts.
  • AI Providers: We use third-party Artificial Intelligence models to assist in generating bespoke astrological reports. The birth data sent to these models is anonymised where possible and used strictly for report generation, not for training their underlying models.

4. Data Retention

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for.

  • Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active to provide you with ongoing access to your saved charts and purchased reports.
  • Transaction Records: Retained for 6 years to satisfy UK tax and legal accounting requirements.
