Refund Policy

At Astrolade, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, bespoke digital astrology reports and services. Due to the nature of digital goods, our refund policy is strictly governed by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

1. Digital Goods Exemption

When you purchase a digital product from us (such as a PDF Birth Chart Report, a Career Blueprint, or a Premium unlock), the digital content is generated and made available to you immediately.

By law, when you purchase digital content for immediate download or streaming, you must explicitly consent to the immediate supply of that content. By providing this consent during the checkout process, you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day statutory right to cancel the contract and request a refund.

Therefore, all sales of digital reports and immediate-access products are final and non-refundable.

2. Subscription Cancellations & Refunds

If you purchase a recurring subscription (such as the Master Astrologer Pass), you are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly).

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop any future billing, and you will retain access to the subscription benefits until the end of your current paid billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

3. Exceptions (Faulty Goods)

Your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected by this policy. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

If a digital report you purchased is corrupted, fails to download, or contains a severe technical error (e.g., the system generated a blank document), please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will first attempt to repair or replace the digital content. If we are unable to do so within a reasonable time, you will be entitled to a full or partial refund.

Please note that disagreement with the astrological interpretations or the AI-generated analysis does not constitute a "faulty" product under the law. Our services are provided for entertainment purposes.
