2. Entertainment Disclaimer

All astrological readings, reports, generated content, and subscriptions provided by Astrolade are for entertainment and educational purposes only. We do not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Our services are not a substitute for professional counsel. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or predictive nature of our content.

3. Digital Goods & Waiver of Cancellation Rights

Astrolade provides bespoke, immediately-accessible digital content (e.g., personalised PDF reports, instant chart readings).

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you generally have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. However, this right is lost when you purchase digital content for immediate download or streaming.

By placing an order for a digital report, bundle, or subscription on Astrolade, you expressly consent to us providing the digital content immediately, and you acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to cancel the contract once the download or streaming of the digital content has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law. 4. Subscription Terms & Auto-Renewal

Certain features, such as the Master Astrologer Pass, are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly).

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

5. AI-Generated Content

Some of our bespoke astrology reports are generated using advanced Artificial Intelligence models based on the birth data you provide. You acknowledge that AI-generated content is probabilistic and may occasionally produce inconsistencies. Astrolade retains all intellectual property rights to the layout, design, and proprietary prompt architecture used to generate these reports.

6. Account Creation & Security

We use a passwordless "Magic Link" authentication system. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your Astrolade account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or exhibit fraudulent behaviour.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Scrape, datamine, or reverse engineer our platform or API.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our bespoke reports without written permission.
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Astrolade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use our services.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be legally excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
